Our Story

At Sudan Pathways, we shine a light on Africa's underreported humanitarian challenges while celebrating the progress that too often goes unnoticed. Founded by a Sudanese-American who initially set out to raise awareness about the Sudan Conflict, we soon recognized that communities across Africa share similar struggles that receive little global attention. We aim to correct this imbalance by sharing credible information, dispelling harmful myths, and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard. We know that seeking refuge is daunting.

Many refugees grapple with limited resources, maze-like legal processes, and little clarity on where to turn for help. If our well-connected team finds it difficult to source reliable data and assistance, imagine the hardships facing individuals in conflict-torn or economically strained regions. That's why our mission is twofold: first, to educate and inform the public about Africa's complex realities; and second, to serve as a comprehensive resource for those navigating the perilous journey of displacement. If our efforts ease even a small part of this burden, then our purpose is fulfilled.
